I’m Stephanie
It wasn’t until the birth of my first child that I realized how challenging breastfeeding can be, yet so wonderful and life changing once I received the help and guidance that my baby and I needed.
I am a Registered Nurse (RN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have countless hours of clinical experience in infant feeding and newborn care while working in Labor & Delivery, as well as a Lactation Consultant. I am passionate about providing comprehensive, holistic lactation support and helping parents that may be struggling with breastfeeding challenges. This includes getting to the root of the problem .
My special interests are in Tethered Oral Tissues (tongue/lip/buccal ties), on-going training in manual therapy techniques such as Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR), and Infant Craniosacral Therapy (CST). I have advanced training in oral assessments, function and habilitation, as well as Holistic Health Coaching using Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) as a guide.

What We Offer:
In-Home Consultation
$100 ~2 hours
I conveniently bring my office to you. Please do not clean your house or even get out of your pajamas! A detailed medical history is obtained and any maternal lactation or infant concerns discussed. A weighted feed is completed to get a snapshot of how much milk your baby drank after observing a feeding. An oral exam is also completed at the time of the visit and then an individualized treatment plan of care is provided. If necessary, referrals to other healthcare providers may be given. For any type of consultation chosen 2 weeks of follow up is included. A travel fee is included for traveling greater than 20 miles from South Williamsport, PA.
Virtual Consultation
$100 ~2 hours
A HIPAA compliant telehealth platform is used to assess latch and positioning, assistance with pumping or discussion of your concerns is done during a virtual consult. It is helpful to have a second person with you to manage the device you will be using to observe from different angles. An individualized treatment plan is also provided.
Prenatal Consultation
$75~90 mins
Set yourself up for success with a prenatal consult! This consult is to identify any risk factors you may have or to provide confidence to you and your partner. We will discuss you health history, how to prepare for breastfeeding, and the challenges that you may encounter.
Holistic Health Coaching
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is used as a guide for health coaching sessions to work through the lens of stress, trauma, mineral analysis and taking the whole person into account. If you are planning on becoming pregnant within the next year, you are pregnant and would like to improve your health during pregnancy, are lactating and have supply concerns, are done having children, but want to improve gut health, brain fog, digestive issues, ect… I highly recommend considering working with me and my holistic HTMA and health coaching approach. Flange Fitting
$50 ~60 mins
Did you know that most parents are using the wrong flange size when pumping? This causes a decrease in comfort, possible nipple damage, and a lower yield in milk volume. Pumping does not have to hurt. Get help from the experts. Book a flange fitting today!
A Superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service. We recommend calling your insurance company ahead of time. Ask about an out-of-network gap exception and pre-authorization. We take any form of payment including cash, check, HSA, FSA, debit or credit.
